What the 14 days look like
A breakdown of our Founders Launch: from strategy and company structure to brand, website, tools, payments, and going operational. Your actual plan is tailored in your strategy session.
Days 1–3: Strategy, structure & brand
We lock in your business model, goals, and priorities from the strategy session and give you a clear scope and plan. We cover registration and entity setup so you're legally set to operate, then brand basics — name, logo direction, and identity — so you look professional from day one.
Days 4–6: Presence & tools
Domain registration, professional email, and a simple web presence so you can be found. We set up or recommend accounting and workflow tools that fit your size, and guide you through card and online payment setup so you can take payments as soon as you're ready.
Days 7–9: Processes & materials
Core processes written down: how you deliver, invoice, and track work, with simple templates you can use immediately. We do a mid-point review, fix gaps, and adjust the plan. Then we get your client-facing materials in place — quotes, proposals, or contracts — so you can close your first clients.
Days 10–12: Operations & go-live
We plug in how you'll track leads, manage clients, and deliver work, plus invoicing, bookkeeping, and tax readiness. Then we run an end-to-end test — lead, quote, pay, deliver — and fix any breaks before you go live.
Days 13–14: Handover & launch
You run the systems with us in the room; we answer questions and make sure you're confident to operate on your own. Then you're operational — structure, tools, and a clear way of working. From here you sell, deliver, and scale.
